Our products send operational SMS notifications to enrolled business users about their own business account: overdue-invoice alerts, schedule and appointment reminders, draft-approval requests, and account or security notices. Messages are transactional and informational. No marketing or promotional messages are sent. Typical volume is 1–10 messages per user per month.
Consent is collected by express written consent during account onboarding. Each user personally enters their mobile number and must affirmatively check an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox before any SMS is sent:
Consent records (timestamp, user ID, number entered, checkbox state) are logged server-side and retained.
Reply STOP to any message for immediate, automated removal; disable SMS in account settings; or email us. Reply HELP for support contact information.
Mobile numbers and consent records are used solely to deliver the notifications described above. Phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
